Copyright Notice Policy

Much of the content of Free For All Media's various sites comes from users. While it is not possible to monitor all of the content uploaded, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright owners. If you are a copyright owner and feel that material on one of our sites is infringing your rights, please file a notice for removal of these materials.


Regardless of whether we may be liable for such infringement under local country law or United States law, our response to these notices may include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity. If we remove or disable access to materials in response to a notice, we will attempt to contact the user supplying the content. Please note that in addition to being forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content, a copy of this legal notice may be sent to a third-party which may publish and/or annotate it (such as http://www.chillingeffects.org).


To file a copyright infringement notification with us, please provide a notice that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a direct URL and title of the page/item. If there is more than one item in question, then a list of each of this items in a single notification is sufficient.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that is being allegedly infringed. If more than one work is in question, then a list of works is sufficent. This identification must be sufficient to establish copyright. Please be specific regarding the copyrighted work.
  3. The full name and physical (or electronic) signature of a person authorized to enforce the copyright of the material in question
  4. Sufficient contact information for the complaining party, such as an email address, phone number, mailing address, etc.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
